Tehya’s memories from her time at MGB stuck with her, helping to guide her through middle school, high school, and now as she pursues a degree in Engineering from CCRI. Tehya is happy to be back at MGB and loves seeing the children’s same love for Montessori.
Her experience with young children ranges from babysitting for many children six and under to mentoring younger children at The Compass School. From Tehya: “I love that children are given the opportunity and independence to learn and grow at their own pace.”
Tehya lives in South Kingstown, right by Yawgoo Pond. When she’s not at MGB or attending class, you can find her having campfires with friends, kayaking or paddle boarding in the summer, and traveling to new places.
